Supreme Court argument challenges HC decision to allow Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations at Hubballi's Idgah compound.

In the modern improvement surrounding Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations at Idgah grounds in Karnataka, the Anjuman Islam has approached the Supreme Court, wondering the Karnataka HC’s orders permitting festivities at Hubballi’s Idgah ground.

Hindu leaders on Wednesday morning hooked up a Ganesh idol in Hubballi’s Idgah ground, an afternoon after Karnataka High Court allowed Ganesh Chaturth celebrations there.

In separate court battles on Tuesday, the Supreme Court stated no to Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations on the Idgah grounds in Bengaluru whilst the Dharwad bench of the Karnataka High Court overdue at night time declined to live an order of the Hubbali Mayor permitting the celebrations on the Idgah maidan in Hubbali.
